Joachim P. Schueck

Joachim Peter Schueck is specialized in supply chain strategy development, complex, end-to-end supply chain transformation and implementing new and integrated operating models on a global level.

In more than 25 years as senior executive for globally renowned consumer brands Mr. Schueck delivered substantial profitability improvements by driving the competitive advantage of an optimized global supply chain. He brings extensive know-how in integrated planning, digital transformation, and organizational restructuring, where he connects strategy to strong execution.

Most recently, Mr. Schueck was leading Global Operations of Swarovski`s Consumer Goods Business. In this role he defined and implemented an e2e digital Integrated Planning process across the entire value chain, drove efficiency and quality improvements in the global Production Network, and optimized Logistics & Distribution to improve service levels, lead-times and efficiencies while reducing costs through automation and integration of external logistics providers.

Prior to joining Swarovski, Mr. Schueck worked for leading sports and apparel brands such as adidas, Puma and Lacoste. At adidas, he developed and implemented the „Integrated Business Model“, contributing to significant profitability improvements in Europe and achieving best OTIF, product availability and working capital performance in Region EMEA.

Mr. Schueck earned a M.Sc. in Production Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and holds an APICS CPIM certification. He successfully completed Executive Programs at Stanford University, INSEAD and IMD. He now advises international clients in the consumer goods and industrial industries on Supply Chain strategy, transformation, and digitalization.
