Joachim P. Schueck
Joachim Peter Schueck specializes in supply chain strategy development, digital supply chain transformation, and optimizing globally integrated operating models. With over 25 years of experience as a Senior Executive at renowned consumer brands, he has significantly improved profitability by enhancing global supply chains. His expertise includes integrated planning, digital transformation, and organizational restructuring, effectively connecting strategy to execution.
Before founding his consulting company, Mr. Schueck led Global Operations of Swarovski`s Consumer Goods Business, where he built a customer-centric organization, improved product, process and service quality, and implemented scalable solutions for on-going value creation. His previous roles include senior positions at adidas, Puma, and Lacoste. At adidas, he developed and implemented the „Integrated Business Model“, leading to significant service and profitability improvements in Europe.
Mr. Schueck holds a M.Sc. in Production Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, an APICS CPIM certification, and has completed Executive Education Programs at Stanford University and INSEAD. In 2022, he received the Digital Excellence Diploma from IMD Business School. He now advises international clients on Supply Chain strategy, digital transformation, and global operating model optimizations.
